The game and every guide on this site are free to use, with no account, subscription, or payment required. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

Independent, unofficial project

38-0 is an independent, unofficial football-simulation game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or licensed by the Premier League, the English Football League, FIFA, UEFA, any club, or any other roster-building game — including any other product that uses "38-0" in its name. The game references real, retired footballers by name, position, nationality, and era only; it uses no club crests, kits, league marks, or player likenesses, and all opponent clubs are fictional archetypes. Player ratings and simulated results are for entertainment and should not be relied on as factual sports data or statistics.

Acceptable use of the leaderboard

The Daily Challenge leaderboard is a shared, public feature. Don't submit offensive, impersonating, or unlawful display names, and don't attempt to manipulate the leaderboard through automated or abusive requests. We reserve the right to remove entries or restrict access for abuse.

No warranty

The site and game are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Simulated results, ratings, and historical framing are for entertainment purposes only.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 38-0 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

If these terms change, the "last updated" date at the top of this page will change.
